Multicentric Lymphadenopathy

Multicentric lymphadenopathy: Imaging (e.g. CT scan) should be performed to determine the locations of enlarged nodes and, if possible, [F]-fludeoxyglucose positron emission tomography should be performed to identify [F]-fludeoxyglucose-avid nodes for biopsy, and to distinguish iMCD from lymphoma.1
